Summary
Launched in 2022, MavieMe has grown into a leading at-home health check company in the DACH region. While our focus to date has been on B2C, we are now entering an exciting new phase and are looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Lead to build out our B2B business. The role is initially structured as a fixed-term maternity cover of approximately 12–18 months (potentially up to two years), with the possibility of longer-term collaboration depending on business needs and performance as we continue to scale our B2B offering.

Role background
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development & Sales Lead to drive the expansion of our B2B business. In this role, you will identify and develop new commercial opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, establishing new distribution channels, and positioning MavieMe as a trusted partner in the health and wellbeing ecosystem.
This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for health innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, distribution channels, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other pro-active outreach efforts.
Sales Execution
Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis
Continuously analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven input
