As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you bring deep financial expertise and strong business acumen to support strategic decision-making and enhance organisational performance. As a key business partner, you will oversee the consolidation of financial data, manage complex reporting and controlling processes, and provide valuable insights into business performance. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and performance improvements across the organisation.


YOUR CHALLENGE / TASKS

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Partner with international finance experts from our Corporate Shareholder and our scale-ups, to oversee and guide budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business leaders to develop financial plans and strategic forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting on key metrics (KPIs), unit economics, scaling initiatives, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support scenario planning, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making with actionable insights.

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

  • Establish (manage from inception through completion) and oversee quarterly consolidation process, focusing on efficiency and automation.


Performance Management:

  • Track KPIs, unit economics, and relevant performance metrics for our scale-ups, providing regular reports and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with international business units to implement initiatives that improve performance and efficiency based on financial insights.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with external accounting, tax providers and international colleagues from our Group Finance community.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on financial goals.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance Business Partnering, Scale-Up Finance Role, Group Accounting or Consolidation, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in working with multiple subsidiaries and knowledge of international accounting standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a distinct advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas); experience with consolidation software (SAP) is a plus.
  • A results and detail-oriented mindset, with a track record of implementing performance management and controlling strategies to ensure budget adherence and optimize resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal).
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Builds positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear, effective communication, active listening, and empathy, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Team-Oriented & Collaborative: Works well in team settings, supporting colleagues, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing to collective success through flexibility and cooperation, all with a strong work ethic.
  • Fast & Efficient Delivery: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manages time effectively to meet deadlines, remains productive under pressure, and proactively solves problems to ensure high-quality, timely results, demonstrating professionalism and integrity throughout.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 75.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
