Job description

Join Our Team as a Head of People & Culture and Organisational Integration at Mavie: Make a Real Impact

At Mavie, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare by delivering holistic solutions that support individuals throughout their entire well-being journey—helping them stay healthy and get healthier. We’re reimagining how people experience healthcare services, making them more connected, innovative, and accessible. To turn this vision into reality, we need exceptional talent—innovative thinkers, problem-solvers, and collaborative team players who are passionate about creating modern healthcare solutions. As a fast-growing company, we offer a dynamic, flexible work environment where you’ll have the freedom to bring bold ideas to life while learning and growing along the way.

We are seeking a strategic and transformation-minded Head of People & Culture and Organisational Integration to lead Mavie Next’s People strategy and shape the organisation through its next phase of growth. This role has a specific focus on M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, organisational design and culture, ensuring that we evolve into one cohesive, high-performing organisation, as we integrate additional businesses into the Mavie Group.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Due Diligence & Post-Merger Integration

  • Partner with in-house and target teams during M&A due diligence to assess organisational, cultural, and talent-related risks, readiness and opportunities.

  • Lead the people integration workstream across mergers and acquisitions, driving structure, leadership alignment, communication, and cultural harmonisation.

  • Develop and implement integration playbooks and onboarding strategies to ensure seamless transitions for acquired teams.

  • Act as the People & Cultural bridge between legacy and newly acquired organisations, ensuring alignment with Mavie’s mission and values.

Culture, Team Engagement & Change

  • Develop a cohesive culture roadmap that fosters shared purpose, collaboration, and performance across all teams.

  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee and team engagement, inclusion, and leadership alignment throughout the integration process.

  • Oversee team events, leadership offsites, and company events that deepen connection and belonging.

  • Drive communication and change programs that embed culture and behaviors in daily operations.

Organisational Design & Development

  • Lead organisational design and development to ensure clear accountabilities, scalability, and agility.

  • Partner with leadership to define target operating models, reporting structures, and capability frameworks aligned with forecast business growth.

  • Drive leadership development, talent planning, and succession strategies to support Mavie’s next phase of maturity.

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Drive critical hiring initiatives hands-on, ensuring key leadership and specialist roles are filled quickly and effectively to support integration and growth.

  • Lead TA to strengthen sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning, building agile talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.

Strategic People Leadership

  • Oversee the overall People strategy in alignment with Mavie’s business goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

HR Operations

  • Collaborate with our HR Operations Lead to ensure scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR processes that enable growth and integration.

  • Align operational excellence with strategic people initiatives across all markets.
