We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Services Partner / Generalist (m/f/d) (20h) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR administration, payroll, recruitment and support our culture initiatives within Mavie. You will play a key role in delivering seamless HR services whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions.


YOUR CHALLENGE / TASKS

HR Administration 

  • Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of HR policies in alignment with legal requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and workplace policies.
  • Monitor and manage employee leave and workplace absence.

Payroll Administration

  • Administer payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll providers.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and maintain up-to-date payroll records to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the Mavie Next.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, culture-building initiatives, and company-wide events.
  • Evaluate employee feedback surveys and collaborate on action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Learning & Growth Administration

  • Plan, schedule and organise training sessions, development talks, workshops and seminars. 
  • Maintain and update employee training records.
  • Assist employee with training related inquiries.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR administration, payroll, talent acquisition, and learning and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Austrian employment law, HR best practices, and payroll regulations.
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Builds positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear, effective communication, active listening, and empathy, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Team-Oriented & Collaborative: Works well in team settings, supporting colleagues, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing to collective success through flexibility and cooperation, all with a strong work ethic.
  • Fast & Efficient Delivery: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manages time effectively to meet deadlines, remains productive under pressure, and proactively solves problems to ensure high-quality, timely results, demonstrating professionalism and integrity throughout.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this full-time equivalent position starts at 40.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
