We're reimagining how people experience healthcare services, making them more connected, innovative, and accessible. To turn this vision into reality, we need exceptional talent—innovative thinkers, problem-solvers, and collaborative team players who are driven by a passion for creating modern healthcare solutions. As a fast-growing startup, we offer a dynamic, flexible work environment where you’ll have the freedom to bring your bold ideas to life, while learning and growing along the way.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to lead our growth efforts. You will drive our customer acquisition, upsell, and retention strategies. This includes managing performance channels; optimising customer journeys; and growing our Mavie solution in the DACH region. This role requires an analytical and creative mindset, a deep understanding of D2C marketing, and the ability to lead a high-performing team towards ambitious growth targets.

YOUR CHALLENGE / TASKS

As Head of Growth, you will own the full growth funnel and play a critical role in shaping our expansion. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels to drive rapid customer growth.
  • Optimize the full customer journey — from first touch to conversion, upsells, and retention—ensuring seamless experiences that maximize LTV.
  • Lead and scale performance marketing channels, continuously testing and optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, implementing strategies to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase repeat purchases.
  • Set and refine channel strategies, balancing paid and organic efforts while leveraging influencers, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Deep-dive into data and analytics, tracking key growth metrics, A/B testing, and adjusting tactics based on performance insights.
  • Report directly to the founders, providing clear insights and recommendations on growth performance.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment across all marketing activities.
  • Research and deeply understand our target audience, refining our value propositions to resonate with customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and medical teams to develop growth initiatives that align with customer health goals.
