Job description

Your Challenge & Tasks

  • Oversee and manage the entire tech equipment inventory, ensuring everything is ready for use.

  • Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and new supplies (laptops, phones, etc.)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tech infrastructure topics with other business units, including Mavie Work and PremiQaMed.

  • Act as the primary contact for software, hardware providers, and other key vendors.

  • Monitor and optimize utility consumption, focusing on cost efficiency.

  • Regularly test all tech in the office (screens, docking stations, TVs, chargers) to guarantee proper functionality.

  • Manage the tech onboarding and offboarding process for employees.

  • Suggest and implement improvements for office tech equipment, contributing fresh ideas to keep us up to date.

Job requirements

What you need to be successful

  • Pursue technical education (e.g. facility management, business, information management, or engineering) or have passion for tech and/or facility management

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Proactive and hands-on

  • Curious and fast learner

  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills

  • Strong team player

  • Strong work ethic
