The ideal candidate will bring solid transactional experience and a strong analytical foundation to help execute key initiatives across the entire M&A process. This includes evaluating opportunities, preparing business plans and financial models, assisting in negotiations, coordinating due diligence, managing transaction documentation, and supporting post-merger integration efforts.

  • Drive Due Diligence Processes: Coordinate and execute due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, and operational areas, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.

  • Prepare Investment Materials and Documentation: Develop presentations, investment memos, and internal documents to support transaction approvals and senior leadership briefings.

  • Assist in Negotiation Support and Deal Execution: Collaborate with senior team members during negotiations and manage process logistics through to signing and closing.

  • Support Post-Merger Integration Efforts: Contribute to integration planning and execution by liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and early realization of synergies.

  • Market and Deal Research: Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and screen potential targets to maintain a high-quality M&A pipeline.
