Your Role: Talent Acquisition Partner (30–40h, initial 6-Month Contract)

As we continue to scale and transform, our people remain at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who shares our enthusiasm for connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Your Challenge:

Talent Acquisition

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating compelling job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, talent communities, and referrals.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Coordination & Onboarding

  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and communication between candidates and stakeholders.

  • Support the design and delivery of an engaging onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel connected and empowered from day one.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and content creation.

  • Promote Mavie Next’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance our visibility in the market.

Process Excellence

  • Maintain data accuracy in our ATS and deliver regular recruitment reports.

  • Continuously look for ways to optimise recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Austrian employment law and TA best practices.

  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Builds positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear, effective communication, active listening, and empathy, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Team-Oriented & Collaborative: Works well in team settings, supporting colleagues, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing to collective success through flexibility and cooperation, all with a strong work ethic.

  • Fast & Efficient Delivery: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manages time effectively to meet deadlines, remains productive under pressure, and proactively solves problems to ensure high-quality, timely results, demonstrating professionalism and integrity throughout.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this full-time equivalent position starts at 40.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
